Whether you are looking at coming in for your first massage, or have been a connoisseur of massage treatments for years, I guarantee your experience will delight you.

I ensure you my massage treatments go beyond the basic.  I have been certified in a number of massage techniques, and not only stay current by offering my services to you, I continue to work at the teaching level to help certify other therapists. I also do consulting professionals

My specialties cover a variety of massage therapies, including:

• Deep Tissue – I’ll target specific muscles releasing adhesions to provide you with maximum relief.
• Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) – this is the most effective type of massage therapy for chronic pain.
• Structural Integration – this is designed to align and balance the body through a series of ten sessions.
• Cranial Mobilization – this technique is often combined with other forms of massage and works to restore balance of the cranial bones.
• Joint function or lack of function - assessint and restoring through mild stretch and breathing techniques.
